Is there a way to reduce bra strap size?
Are there any exercises to tighten the back or rib muscles so that my bra strap fits more comfortably, instead of being a bit on the tight side? If not, is there any other way to achieve that? My cup size has recently gone from a 34B to a 36C, but I haven't gained any weight and the only thing I've noticed increase in size would be the breasts, so I'm not really sure why my strap size has gone up.
Would it be possible to reduce that size?
Each bra is a little different and your body is always changing so that could account for the change in band size. You may also be wearing the wrong cup size, sometimes the added room in the band makes it feel as if the cup is fitting properly. Next time you go try on a 34D...I know it sounds big but a 36C and 34D are actually quite similar. As the band size increases the cup size will also go up a little bit, so the cup in a 34C will be smaller than the cup in a 36 or 38C. Best thing is to go get fitted and try on a bunch of different sizes.
As for toning up your back you'll need some weights, you can use cans of food as you won't need too much weight 1-5lbs.
Sit up against a wall with your back straight and legs straight out in front of you, hold your weights in at your chest with your elbows out to the side (parallel to the floor). Push your arms out straight in front of you then pull them back in. Repeat x10. Good luck.xo
