do i need 2 antennas for mini pci card???????
hi, i bought a mini-pci card for my notebook but it didn't come with antennas. i bought a really small antenna on ebay.i put it in the main port and it gets very low reception. it's not that low but my Usb Card is much better. will the reception improve much if i get the second one like it. the antenna is a hitachi and about 4 in. long.

I have seen two antennas on many laptops just for that reason. I live in a big city with lots of towers and did not need to do that. It will not hurt any thing and you would only be out a few bucks, so its worth a try.
